Keeping a Main Street gut renovation moving
The Challenge
A contractor called us from a tight renovation near the older brick buildings in Downtown Towson, not far from the University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center. The crew had demo debris piling up fast, and the alley access looked narrow enough to snag a container if we weren’t careful. We walked the site the morning of, checked the turning room, and picked the right size because a misdrop there would've blocked deliveries and slowed the whole job.
The Result
We set the container with our truck positioned to clear the curb line, then used boards to protect the pavement and keep the drop clean. Our crew stayed in touch with the foreman while the demo team loaded plaster, framing, and old fixtures without stopping to wait on pickup. That kept the work moving through the busy Downtown Towson traffic pattern and gave the contractor room to keep trades on schedule.
You placed it exactly where we needed it, and the crew never had to stop.
